MACH 2022
Pryor will be exhibiting at the UK's leading Manufacturing Technology expo at the NEC in Birmingham.
Pryor solutions encompass the three essential tools for implementing traceability within manufacturing operations - precision marking equipment, vision devices and data management software.
A single source supplier for permanent marking equipment and component tracking software, Pryor can assist you to implement automated, in-process product identification and scalable software. Pryor software achieves Data Capture, Process Control and Production Monitoring with fully networked, “Big Data” records for every component, assembly or product. This level of control cuts money, waste and time associated with recalls.
Meet the Pryor team at stand 19-520 in the Measurement and Inspection area, Hall 19.
Pryor will have a range of key marking technologies at the show demonstrating a range of solutions for different manufacturing environments, including:
Robotic Rotative Component Marking Cell - automate the application of multiple dot peen identification marks on large components. Commonly used for marking large, high value aeroengine components.
Mobile Marking Station with Tilting Head - a dot peen marking head mounted on a tilting column for versatile marking operations on angled surfaces. This mobile cart features flexible fixture locations and an extendable marking table to accomodate large parts. Ideal for low volume, high variety components.
CNC Dot Peen Marking Tool - a dot peen marking device that operates within your existing CNC machine and is capable of marking components of all different shapes and sizes. The tool eliminates the need to move machined parts around the shop-floor to complete marking operations, reducing scrappage and saving space. This battery powered and WiFi controlled tool can be mounted in various tool holders and programmed directly from external PC or CNC controller.
Laser Workstation - a large, modular floor-standing laser machine for the direct part marking of large or multiple components. The workstation is a Class I laser safe enclosure available in three sizes with manual or automated front access doors for component loading. Pryor offers two models of pulsed fibre laser, 20 watts or 50 watts, to meet different engraving depth and speed requirements.
Bench Laser - a bench mounted, fibre laser marking machine. As a non-contact marking technology, fibre lasers do not create stress points or deform the material being marked, elimating the need for potentially damaging clamping and expensive fixturing. This product featutres a Class I laser safe enclosure is a UL Listed product.
Portable Laser - this machine provides a quick and easy method of marking large, heavy or otherwise immobile objects. This handheld laser marker is ideal for marking flat metal surfaces and produces a smooth, high-contrast finish. The portable laser is commonly used to safely mark batch numbers, dates and steel grade information in steel stockholding. The hand-held laser is also ideal for mounting on a manipulator for laser marking Vehicle identification Numbers (VIN) on chassis production lines.
